Partners in Otzar Beit Din

I also believe there should be a Partners in Otzar Beit Din produce: Sderot people, who are poor, for example, would get donations of coupons for Otzar Beit Din produce. How? The coupons would be from people all over Israel and outside of Israel, who have an interest in donating money to Otzar Beit Din and in return getting monthly coupons to buy produce. Instead of keeping the coupons, the monthly coupons would be given to poor people in places like Sderot, Jerusalem, any and everywhere in Israel.
 
Partners in Otzar Beit Din: There are only a handful of Otzar Beit Din that I know of: Chofetz Chaim, Otzar HaAretz, Komemiyus, Beit Chiliya, Kfar Gideon, Yesodot--and the Chareidi section of Otzar HaAretz that has a Chareidi branch overseeing it under Rabbi Chaim Z. Malinowitz.
 
Anyhow, maybe all the Otzar Batei Din can get donations that come from people not interested in really buying any produce--for reasons like the donations are from people outside of Israel. Then Partners In Otzar Beit Din will be just that: partners with one person donating coupons to the other person as partners in produce during shmitta year... I think this is a viable idea.
 
Maybe someone can run with it, or give it to Meir Panim or Hazon Yishaya?
